Jump Lunge Exercise

1. Stand with your feet hip width apart.

2. Step forward and lower yourself down to a 90-degree position.

3. Jump up and in the air alternate legs so the the other leg is forward in a lunge position.

4. Make certain to cusion the landing to avoid impact as much as possible and repeat.
