1-2-3 Pushup Exercise

1. Begin with your feet and hands slightly wider than shoulder width on the floor in a pushup position.

2. Without touching the floor with your torso. Lift one knee up and towards your elbow in a fast motion.

3. Then quickly alternate legs, bringing both up and back counting 1-2-3.

4. After the third leg alteration, do a pushup.
