LAS VEGAS, NV - Sabres goalie Jhonas Enroth was named to the NHL's 2011-12 All-Rookie Team on Wednesday.
Enroth led all rookie goalies with 26 appearances, posting an 8-11-4 record. Enroth finished the season with a 2.7 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage.
Enroth joins Phil Housley (82-83), Tom Barrasso (83-84), Calle Johansson (87-88), Ray Sheppard (87-88) and Tyler Myers (09-10) as Sabres named to the All-Rookie team.
Also named to the team were Carolina defenseman Justin Faulk, and Toronto defenseman Jake Gardiner. Adam Henrique of the Devils, Colorado's Gabriel Landeskog, and Edmonton's Ryan Nugent-Hopkins were the three All-Rookie forwards.
