TOWN OF LOCKPORT, NY - Niagara County sheriffs have arrested 21-year-old Justin Snead in connection with a fight and subsequent stabbing that took place around 3:02 Thursday morning at an apartment complex at 6552 Lincoln Place.
The suspect stabbed a 29-year-old Lockport man during the scuffle. The victim was rushed to Erie County Medical Center by City of Lockport Paramedics, where his listed in fair condition.
Snead was charged with one count of assault in the first degree and one count of criminal possession of of a weapon in the fourth degree. He is being held in Niagara County Jail on $5,000 bail.
